Did anyone encounter one of those 76 Eagles Militia? Not only they are popping around the news programs, but they seemed to swarm around the streets lately. I even encountered one of them a weekend ago.

Though I am curious at the initials that weren't marked.

I don't know, but... It definitely seems like they have a contact in the police. And that's a very big concern.

If that’s true, then there might be signs of manipulation and corruption inside the Militia. We need to investigate this further. Did you dig into the other departments listed here?

No, I didn't. I'm not really good at that kind of thing. I just got lucky no one noticed me while they were on the streets. I just saw a hand-off and took a shot.

I wonder what that means...
