Did anyone encounter one of those 76 Eagles Militia? Not only they are popping around the news programs, but they seemed to swarm around the streets lately. I even encountered one of them a weekend ago.

No, I didn't. I'm not really good at that kind of thing. I just got lucky no one noticed me while they were on the streets. I just saw a hand-off and took a shot.
