I am not sure when you are going to do your thing, but if you need my assistance, let me know. I might have an idea.
ACLU Campus, Open
Kyle wasn't on the clock - and even if he was, he wouldn't be working near the campus. He was getting himself familiarized with the campus, secondary phone out - though he does try his best to blend in, it's clear he isn't someone that comes here on a regular basis. Now that's where that group meet - and if he got the time right, he can do something to give the thieves a leg up.
But until then, he busies himself, politely taking or rejecting the numerous fliers being handed out and dodging petitions, stopping by the campus book shelves... and pitying the students who had to pay those prices for the books.

I believe your group requires the target to know they're going to be targeted.

That is generally how that is supposed to go. I take it that you know the target personally?

Do tell.
[ She doesn't necessarily mean to be terse, but he really does need to cut to the point. Also why is he so jumpy ]

Enough of his friends were dumb enough to riot with enough Scheduled 1 and 2 drugs on their persons or cars to give probable cause to dig into his hate club.
Well - just enough to get him rattled enough about what other skeletons will be dug up for you to do your work before he can run to a lawyer over it.

I'm surprised that they would get sloppy enough to allow themselves to be caught with anything on them. I imagine he has his counsel on speed dial, if he hasn't contacted them already. But I assume you have already anticipated that.
Action
So it was no surprise when he unknowingly bumps into Kyle, causing him to drop his briefcase containing his paperwork involving his next lecture, much to his shock.
"Mon Dieu! I'm really sorry!" He said as he tries to grab his belongings in a hurry.

"It's okay -" he stated, somewhat hurriedly as he tries to find the battery. "I wasn't paying attention," the blond also gathered what papers where close to his search area, moving to hand it back.

"I guess I should say the same. These past few days really takes a toll on my physical and mental health thanks to some recent events right here..."

Really? Well, I'm interested in your idea. If it's about finding more shady deeds from that bastos at pangit jerk, then I'm in!

I appreciate the enthusiasm, but this is small scale, get him spooked enough so the Thieves can do their job.

If that's true, then I doubt flatly accusing him of racism and such is a big no-no then...
What if you try to get some testimonies from the people affected by his machinations?

Unfortunately, with the first amendment and all unless someone can catch him explicitly ordering those attacks it'll be tough to nail him as directly responsible without some kind of confession.

If that's the case, I guess it's up to us to make sure he will confess his crimes. Sounds easy enough, I guess.
But there still a thing called "evidence". How do we even try to find one without you blowing your cover?
