Things were starting to get out of hand. Shinji wasn't necessarily super famous in the greater community, but it was generally known that he ran a staffing agency that employed a number of minorities mostly for work in commercials, which were becoming increasingly diverse. So, it was likely only inevitable that ugly blood-red graffiti was found telling the residents in no uncertain terms that they should go home. And thus, as he was washing the house, by hand, he might make a few somewhat unsubtle comments to those using the house.

"So, you guys are gonna do something about that right?"

And so it was that the first major war council was convened at the Safe House. All active Phantom Thieves were called to the meeting (and potential thieves who might be trailing them looking for answers? Well, Shinji was pretty well connected, he might let them stay but make no mistake he knows you're there, in those bushes, yes you he can see you you know). The topic - Todd Woodrow Jr., his palace, and the plan.

[This is the official sign-up post for the February Palace Infiltration. Post here if you mean to join in the infiltration mission. If you are planning to app during the February App Cycle, it is possible you may be able to join the logs later, there will be a section to sign up and indicate your interest and we will keep it in mind when crafting the logs.

When signing up, you will be divided into groups of 4 when the log begins. Some logs will be run by moderators, but a majority, depending on the sign-up groups, will be given descriptions with which to be logged on their own, either to one person if someone volunteers to run it themselves or to the group collectively who can then proceed to log it out as they wish. Players who do choose to run logs will gain additional Notoriety in February. Priority for moderator run logs (which will generally encompass the Shadow Fight) will go to players who have not participated in a Shadow Fight recently, which in this case would be no players. Please indicate if you are interested in being part of the final Shadow fight, the team that is part of it will be chosen randomly based on those interested in taking part. Blurb on Intended Character: A shy, socially awkward girl from a relatively small family, Kumiko does her best to fade into the walls whenever possible. Online however, she's created something of a name for herself, going under the pseudonym AiNA, an up-and-coming singer-songwriter. But this notoriety comes at a cost, and hiding your face from your "fans" only goes so far...

Kumiko is an OC from a Persona-adjacent game run with friends. I'll be changing up some of her backstory to have it make more sense with the overall feel of the game, so I'm going to smack a giant TBD in here. She will be apped in as a Operator, with the potential of moving into an Infiltrator role depending on how she grows as a character. Her element is PSI, and she will represent either the Moon or Temperance arcana.

IC Discussion

Shinji cleared out the main space and set chairs everywhere for people to sit. He hooked up the computer to the big 70" HD TV in the living room so anybody who checked out the Palace and snapped pictures with their phones could upload them and discuss. A laser pointer was available (although currently in firm grip of Kuro, the small black kitten who had recently adopted the Phantom Thieves base as its home), as were a number of sweets and snacks. He was generally staying out of the way and letting the Phantom Thieves do their work.

That's Naomi's addition to start this off. She'd wanted to vandalize something of his, see how he liked it. But she hadn't. Self control, keep it.

"Hey, we're going to make sure he's taken care of, right? Make sure he doesn't get away with this?"

...She's half-Asian. Or at least part-Asian. She's not sure how much, but it's there. So this whole thing... Has been hitting hard, especially with how unwanted she feels.

Locke is part Asian himself, he's been none too keen.

"His shadow's spouting vile from the center of his Palace right? So I would think we gotta lure him away so someone can steal his treasure. It's gotta be in his podium."

"I'm not good at stealth, but I can make a scene. I'd have to have a few people with me, though, so I don't get overwhelmed."

Element: nuclear. Nuclear explosions sure are big and loud, after all.

"He loves the sound of his own voice," Sinbad quips, though his expression was dark, brows knitted as he watches the footage.

"I can go quiet, or loud - I'm good at pissing people off, especially people like Racist Uncle Fester here." While he wasn't asian, he had his own run ins being of middle-eastern stock.

"So, have a bunch of us run in and make some noise to draw him out? I could work with that."

As Cyan listens in to their plan suggestions, he scratches his right cheek with his right index finger as he says, "Well, I did have a habit of sneaking away from my classroom back home just to get a snack, so I may try to grab the treasure. Though, it is obvious that I can't steal it all by myself without risking our presence there."

He doesn't like to go in and steal alone after all. Besides, he may have a disadvantage when it comes to the Shadows' strengths and numbers.
